1. Accepting these Terms

10. International Users
Stratus10 is owned and operated in the United States. If you access the Site or services provided by Stratus10 outside of the United States of America, you are you responsible for compliance with your local laws.

Stratus10 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site at anytime without notice.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the laws of the United States of America.
